Operating System: Windows
GIMP Experience: Basic Level

List any ERROR messages you received:
The selection dose not intersect with the layer


I was able to rotate all day and now all the sudden it dose not allow me to rotate. I am not sure how to fix it.

Go to: Select>None and that will get rid of your troubles.
