Problem with GEGL items

GIMP Version: 2.8.14
Operating System: Windows
GIMP Experience: New User

Please, I need help about Stretch and Trail gegl effects.
I have my previous GEGL items installed in lib/gegl 0.4
But these last effects I do not see them in the list.
I tried installing them via local as Mahvin said and I don't see them listed either.
I have Samj version. Can you help me to solve this problem?

are they DLL files?

Thank you contrast, Yes, they are dll files.
They seem to be the same as the others I have in the folder.

Hi Issabella! Do you have those .dll file inside your: Gimp-2.10.30_Portable_32-64bit-Win\lib\gegl-0.4 ?

Thanks Pocholo. Yes, I installed them just there Gimp-2.10.30_Portable_32-64bit-Win\lib\gegl-0.4
I have many others more installed there. But those two effects aren't visibles in the list when I open Gimp.
