I don't know if I am explaining this correctly but here goes.
I have a picture frame.
I don't want to flip it horizontally or vertically.
I just want to turn the picture so it is facing east or west and you can see part of the back (e.g. the picture stand)
Are you confused yet?
I don't recall seeing tool to do this.... :gaah
Anyone know??? :puzzled

Try the perspective tool. You'd have the find an image of a stand and give it the same perspective if you want to see the stand. Or create the stand yourself.

I did an image search and found only this one where the stand part showed. Perhaps it might give you a clue about the perspective. I must not be using the right search term because that was the only one I found.
