Selection tools

Hello, I have a question. I need to select many areas from an image but all with the same irregular shape. Is there any way to do it? Something like “select by color tool” but instead “select by shape”?
For example, I have this layer

with this 2 shapes repeated

I need to select all the areas that match the red one

Select by color should select all the shapes with the same color.
