What is the latest version of Gmic compatible with samj Gimp-2.10.36_Portable_32-64bit-Win?
because I had installed 3.5.2 but the filter was slow to open and for 2 days, this portable version did not open anymore. So I deleted it and reinstalled it.
The Gmic version of samj Gimp-2.10.36_Portable_32-64bit-Win is 3.3.2 pre.

In case of Gimp-2.10.36 and G'MIC 3.5.2 you should get a message about missing libnghttp3-9.dll file.


Copying dll to gmic_gimp_qt folder solves the problem.

Required file from Gimp-2.10.38-1 (gimp.org) in attachment.

However you should update your Gimp to version 2.10.38-1.
It's easy: download, install on C and move (replace) directories in portable version location:
32\
bin\
etc\
lib\
share\
If you change directory name from Gimp-2.10.36... to Gimp-2.10.38 you need to edit file location in Preferences.

I saw that I had "libnghttp3-9.dll" in an installed version and it is the same as the one you suggested to me. Now version 2.10.36 works well and for now I stay with it.
(I also keep an older version of samj because in Gmic updates some filters that I like disappear or are completely modified and my faves do not work anymore.)
