Hi,
I'm working on a Jpeg Portrait - Background Removing.

How do you Smoothen Jagged Edge of the "PERSON/MODEL" after Background Removing process?

Depending on the size of your image. I would give it a little of a feather, only 3 if a small image. Not too much as you will get a 'white' border around your image. The feathering helps to blend in with the background and without, the removal will look too unnatural.
Edit- Oh, and do this feather before deleteing the background.
Only other thing I can think of is after you delete the background maybe Alpha to select the image, shrink a couple of pixels then invert the selection and blur it a little so the edges become more smooth

This plugin might help. Same plugin works on GIMP 2.10 and 3.
