Well, you'll get errors and the script won't register properly on the menus. Just look for the same (or similar) file names in your scripts folder.
Worst case is that you'll have to remove all the scripts and add them back one at a time until you find the offending script. It's possible there are internal registering conflicts between two dissimilar scripts, which will throw an error as well. You should be able to find the conflicting scripts this way.
