I've downloaded and installed partha's Regular Gimp GIMP 2.7.5 and the Useful Plugins.
Running the filter wavelet-decompose raises:

Yes because of the new Gimp-2.7 UI, and code changes the warnings will continue until these plugins are re-written.Most writers of the older plugins are waiting for the final release of Gimp-2.8 before changing the code.
These are mostly just code deprecation warnings and will cease after Gimp-2.8 most likely.
