I am having trouble applying an inner shadow to a circle that I want make 3D. I keep getting the errors above.

Would you attach a copy or provide a link to the plug-in 'Inner Shadow' that you are using. There are several scripts and plug-ins which allow the addition of an inner shadow. It's possible that you just aren't using the script properly. It's also possible that you might be using an outdated script.

You might also consider giving us a little more detail about what you are trying to accomplish and perhaps we can suggest alternate methods. In GIMP, there are usually lots of different methods to accomplish the same thing.
