Hi, when i use fill tool white pixels remain when i fill the similar areas, why is that and how to get rid of it help please

Yes, you are right about threshold but still left less pixels to tweak, thanks for help.

It could be you just need to adjust your selection method a bit.

Yes, iam actually noob lol, i just used fill similar selection with fill tool on white area around stroked curves, i assume cause there is a gray pixels not fully white, but dont know how to tell the fill tool to not only take the fully white pixel, i tried the threshold but i don't know the right value for it.

The Fill tool and its cousin the Magic wand, are evil. It will never work correctly alone on the anti-aliasing pixels. See an explanation here..

If you want to use the fill tool make your outlines on a transparent layer, then select your area you want to color and make a new layer under your outlines then grow selection 1 pixel, then fill.
If you fill over the image with out 1px expanding you get the white dots and if you grow and fill over it you will not be smooth on the inside of your outline but look like paint all pixeled.
