This is probably is simple question with an even simpler answer but this is the first time I've had this issue.

I made 200 images ... all the wrong size. I need to re-size all of the layers. Is there an easy way to do this?

Mike, You must have used a plugin of some sort. What steps did you take?

I made 200 individual layers all the wrong size. No plugins were involved. I simply made the layers 150 X 100 pixels and they need to be 75 X 50 pixels. I don't want to scale all of them individually.

Open your 200-layer image in GIMP and in Image>Scale_Image enter the dimensions you need and then hit Scale. It will re-size all your layers. Use Sinc (Lanczos3) as quality Interpolation method. It usually gives better results, but it's not always true (depends on what kind of image it is)

if you need to scale all layers of same measure, just scale down the whole image from Image /scale image

These are individual images, correct? There exists a script that will take all of your open layers and save them out as individual images. If you have 200 images, you can click file>>>open as layers in gimp and open a lot of these images at one time (I don't recommend opening more than 50 at one time.)

Click image>>>scale image and this will scale all of the layers down to the size that your want to scale.

Now use the script that you previously downloaded to export all of the images out as individual files again.

This method isn't too far off of what I taught in my bulk cropping gimp video tutorial.
