Error message on start up.

Operating System: Windows
OS Version: XP - SP3
GIMP Experience: Beginner Level

List any ERROR messages you received:
The program can't start because liblcms2-2.dll is missing reinstall...

Hi, After the error message is cleared gimp starts and operates just fine. I need to know how to correct this 'annoyance, thanks.

Do you have LabCurves, RawTherapee or Photivo on your system?

As I can see it happened after Separate+ (separate_import and icc_colorspace) plugins installation. Happened to me a little while ago.
It does matter where you downloaded these plugins from (it's a long story, just take my word for it)
Download from this site http://cue.yellowmagic.info/softwares/s ... index.html

Scroll down and follow the link separate+-0.5.8+lcms2_win32_bin.zip : Win32 binaries only (Little CMS2, DLL isn't required)
It will take you to the Japanese site, don't worry, it's safe. Mr Yamakawa, the author of Separate+ plugin, is from Japan and that's where he deposits his binaries.
It should be no more error messages.

When did this error message start? Have you installed or uninstalled any scripts, plugins recently? Is Gimp 2.8.2 the official build from gimp.org?
