Gif-Animation

Hello . I need your help. I try to do the same Gif animation GnuTux Patriot Bling Text made.
I've managed to do most things myself but need the following assistance.
1.
GnuTux has a white background, or is it the forum's white page that makes me confused.
If I need to add a white background (lying still while animation play).
2.
In the old Gimp I could save as GIF animation , I can't find that feature in my new Gimp 2.8.4 .
Can anyone help me . Thanks in advance.

Hi, export as .gif, and choise "As animation" in pop up option.

nice Lurifax73, did you use FP animation script for your snow?

Hello molly. Sorry, I dont know what FP is. I downloaded GnuTux Text Script V1.4 and it work fine, but many times Gimp crashing when I use Script bling stew.

FP is a member here on this forum who hasn't been around for a while but he also wrote scripts. He wrote the animated rain, then animated snow and many more. I use his script for my snow.

OK, then I know. fencepost tutorials I remember. I stop using Gimp becaus there was no GAP for me as macuser, therefore I started with Blender.

This script work perfect and with funny font. Moonstar.

I vill try your fepencepost script next time.
