Error with missing libasprint.dll

GIMP Version: 2.8.4
Operating System: Windows
OS Version: 7
GIMP Experience: Basic Level

List any relevant plug-ins or scripts:
Gimp2.8.4 plugins pack from Partha

List any ERROR messages you received:
gimp_plugin-refocus-it.exe - system error:
The program can't start because libsasprint.dll is missing from your computer.

I had issues with 2 other libraries after installing the plugin pack from Partha's place on my Windows 7 Gimp 2.8.4 64bits
I was able to solve (with your help) 2 of them and I have this one left.

Where can I find this missing dll or how can I reinstall this plugin? I tried looking in Google but I cannot find the installer for my OS and Gimp version.

Just curious, is your Gimp install from Partha as well?

I can't say for sure.. I have been looking in so many places

, but I am 90% sure it is.

GIMP has been working well for quite some time... My issues started just when installing the plugin pack.

If you don't know where you got Gimp, do you know if it's portable or a regular install in Program File\Gimp 2?
How about which plug-in pack (zip, exe, 32, 64) and from where.

As said I am 90% sure it is from partha... It is a regular install and installed under Program File\Gimp 2 (not Program File(x86)/Gimp 2).
The plugin pack is from Parta > Useful Plugins (No Installer) > File name Gimp-2.8.4-Plugins-64bit.7z

Is there a way to confirm the GIMP installation is the one from Partha?
