Need to do a infant (childlike) frame

Operating System: Windows
OS Version: 7
GIMP Experience: Basic Level

Hi, I'm new here and need help.. I'm trying to make a picture with a frame in childlike style; like these:

(I need the trucks, flowers and others too kkk)

But I can't found way to do this easily, unless making a rectangle and cutting your borders... so.. I want a script that can make these borders (or make a frame) automatically. Is there something that can make it automatically, script or plugin, or do I have to do this manually?

I suppose it depends on how many different frames you need. It would take me less time to do one by hand than to make a forum post [LOL]. I recall a Spirograph plugin that could be useful in creating a consistent outline. Seems like all the available framing scripts are aimed at making semi-realistic 3D-looking frames. There are free 8bf filters that do some good frame tricks. Sorry I don't have time to dig out info at the moment.

Do you have the beautify plugin,
it has many kid border and frames
three directories of them, not all
for kids but many of them are kid themes.

8bf filters are Photoshop filters.
