(plugin made by Grok and me together) Works on both 2.10 and 3.
I took Grok's shapes plugin and made it where it applies over content as if it were a glass object blurring what is behind it.



Just apply it on the image and click to move the shape.

To find it in GIMP 3 look in Filters>AI GEGL>Glass Shapes
The shapes were made by Grok and it ships with its sister plugin "shape maker" obviously
