Custom Font Tools Release 17 for Gimp 2.10

This is the first update since the demise of GimpLearn: There were a lot of links between the custom font tools help resources there and here on GC.
Hopefully everything now is completely GimpChat based.

The Tools are available in compressed folders and organised into Custom Font categories for you to download and place in your Gimp 2.10 user plug-ins folder: There are no kerning tools in this release.

Thanks to all the people who have responded so positively to the new release of the custom font tools.

To be honest the update of the resource guides/help documents has been a bit of a nightmare.
If folk let me know of any issues I will do my best to repair/replace broken links.

Just finishing off a 'Panelling' guide to replace the one that still points to the old GL site.

I've been looking at this for a couple of months - but there are too many distractions.
A quick count and there are 8 updates and two new plug-ins since 17.
I need to fix something on one of my utility filters (been meaning to do this for at least two years) and then I will give myself a good talking too!
