This is a new release.

Filter to implement the application of atmosheric effects to the INPUT DRAWABLE.
Available effects are:
- Morning
- Evening
- Night
- Cloudy
- Rainy
- Snowy
- Late Evening (just before Night)
- Snowy Evening
You may also opt for getting a Montage of all effects.
Hope you enjoy it.
Note about its usage:
Prerequisites:
- none (it uses std Gimp environment)
if options Morning, Evening, Night, Cloudy are selected
- the ancillary function "Render Rain" - available under Gimp Scripts & Plug-ins -
http://gimpscripts.com/2016/09/render-rain/
if option Rainy is selected
- the ancillary function "Render Snow" - available under Gimp Scripts & Plug-ins -
http://gimpscripts.com/2016/09/render-snow/
if option Snowy is selected

- both if option "Montage of all effects" is selected

This is an amazingly simple to use filter, yet yields some remarkable results!
The Rainy and Snowy effects look quite real!

Here I enlarged my source image to 200%, ran the filter for Rainy, and re-scaled the image by 50%.
The image was back to its original size and the I adjusted the opacity of the rain layer.
I love this filter!!
