of course after Magic squares, i had to do Magic circles.

As a side, what I've done in the past, with small success, is use Vasarely Mosaic followed by DCSpecial's ICE4 preset.

For this one, I rotated 45 degrees, ran User Filter>Neology>Vasarely Mosaic preset, rotated back 45 degrees, then shellout to DCSpecial's ICE4 filter. I then anti-aliased.
