The zipped folder contains only the filter plugin. If you need the associated joined-up fonts search for version 2.15 and install from there.

Download and install the plugin to your plugin folder after removing the old one.

Version 2.16 makes the jitter option available to text along a path without having to first have a custom angle of rotation applied: An oversight on my part.
