 Post subject: pm_blinds_text_effect plugin from (Esper tutorial)

I went through the GIMP tutorial index recently and found Esper's easy tutorial "3D Blind Text Effect" and I loved it. It was so simple that I created a simple plugin. Thank you Esper.
