This update addresses a number of issues that surfaced when using Wibbler with non-custom font paths:

Escaping fills with shrinking selections
Blur not applied to first layer with multiple paths

There are no changes to the filter dialog and the existing help guides still apply.

Download, unzip and install to your user plug-ins folder in Gimp 2.10.

Menu: Filters>>Custom Fonts>>Constructing Tools>>Custom Font Wibbler 0.1g Tabbed...

Another practise example (taking inspiration from a recent image on DeviantArt).





The line path that radiates out to the edge of the petals was not removed from the image but copied and rotated for each curve of the petal before applying the filter.

If anyone is struggling with the path tool or needs a few paths for practising with the filter here are a couple of files containing very simple shape paths made with only two or three anchor points.

Here is a set of wave-like paths that may be useful for testing/playing with brushes and brush options (particularly spacing). Use Apply filter to All paths with no fill on the 3rd dialog tab.

A good opportunity to play with all the brushes that we collect - and on reflection I do feel that the brush spacing is the key to getting a good result.
