Color Overlay on any layer is already possible.I wonder if this could be added to the "LINKED" effects In the script mig-gimp-layer-groups?

Possibly this would allow for multiple effects on numerous layers.

I believe there is something useful in the fencepost script , to automatize operation in all layer
All GMIC filters may be used on all layers
,or even on all visible layers,or all invisible

Gap allow to use any bundle filter on all layers

Fencepost has a script that works with multiple layer effects?
