Sure pirate
You need to select a region from your image making sure you are inside the borders of your image'
shape can be anything that fits the portion of your image to use
once selected copy, paste as new layer, layer to image size
select the clear region of the new layer and invert it
run the phychedelic script and that should see you right.
try using different blending methods on the new image (use copies of course)
