PhotoMaster, I love that triple animation with the cube! However, one could get dizzy watching it!

PhotoMaster, I am amazed at the triple animation that you did with the cube. Some day if you have nothing to do, would you write a step by step tutorial on how to do that for dummies like me who would never figure it out on their own?

PhotoMaster, I like your cube a lot and I'm very interested in your tutorial, too when you can do it. Thank you so much in advance. :) :tyspin

Pat625 and Issabella,
Here is the tutorial for the triple animation. I need to write up a script or two to simplify it. It's not difficult, but it is very repetitious and can take a while to do.

PhotoMaster, Thank you so much for your tutorial y your time to do it. :tyspin
To be honest I did a first try without success as I don't understand what I am doing from step 15 on. But I will try it again today :)

I found a minor issue while making the Rubik's Cube. It doesn't handle transparencies. Filters>Map>Map object will handle transparencies, but G'Mics cube mapping doesn't. It took a couple of hours to make the manual animation, because Filter All Layers and Map Object are not yet working correctly in Gimp 2.8.20. I had to map each frame manually with no other layers or images open.
Starting with the same original image I get these differing results.

wow like the manual transparent one, I'm craving for a script for that if it's hard and time-consuming to create.
Will test first the step-by-step tutorial you posted, would be cool if it was possible to put some other 3D, or animation inside the cube.
Nice work thank you, needs maybe just more frames?
