I compiled larger preview plugins for Gimp-2.7.5

i tried to use the larger previews for Lighting Effects in Gimp 2.8.10
but got this error

"The Entrypoint 'g_get_tmp_dir_utf8' wasnt found in the DLL 'libglib-2.0-0.dll'"

Yeah these no longer work for the new API sorry about that.

Most of these plugins you can now grab the lower right corner and drag them out larger if i am not mistaken. At least on Windows builds it will work this way.
It all depends on your screen res and size.

The menu interface is different and much improved in 2.8.10, I was amazed when I first noticed.

The Gaussian blur plugin display works fine but the lighting effects plugin display will not increase in size instead it displays a scaled down Image in the preview
Some plugins allow resize others don't

Bump map enlarges ok like that but not Lighting Effects.Maybe if you supply the re-edited large preview src files from this thread to Sam they can be re compiled with Gimp-2.8.10 libs? I would try but i have no build environment any longer.
