I prefer "experimental MG (barbouillage after) (drawing look)"

Some photos from one of my favourite places - Bruges. Two with the latest (oil paint) filter and one with the Doodle Draw, Graphic, Barbouillage mix.

Do you mean that the "drawing" variant of the M/MD process is worth to be published?
If yes, do you have any suggestion for further enhancements?

Suggestions can be made better if you can test out the filter with different photos, Diego.
Currently I have plenty of filters to play with. I can't add any more.

If this variant is added to the previous MD, it is certainly worth to be published (as option).

Can't be an "option" of MD (changes are too many), but only a "variant", if released.
I think that your position should be taken soon into account by Issabella and myself:

(also the "cakes" sometimes could be too many in a "Pâtisserie"....)

In the time I was asking about MG, I've seen a lot of very good outcomes posted by OMG, Lula, Ella.

Now, to complete this first experiment, I took the first 18 images from the "local" unsplash series I have on my laptop, without any selection, neither before nor after the run, and applied this on going experimental process.
I know many outcomes look ugly.
I post here 2 zipped folders of 9 outcomes each.
Any comment, critics, suggestion is very welcome to proceed with my experiment (or simply abort it). Thanks a lot.

When I want to apply an effect to a photo, I select ten photos and finally I retain only two or three and if I'm very lucky there are more.
What effect for what photo ? The choice is a matter of personal taste and it depends of the contrast, the light, the shadows, the diversity of colors and shades...
For the group 1 I retained the 2nd woman, the Sunflower and the monkey.
For the group 2 I retained the parrot, the butterfly and the reflection of the sun in the water.

PS : If the last photo (group2) showed more of the landscape (in width) I would have also selected it.

I agree much with lula about to choose the right photo for each effect.
From the first group I see nice the five first pics. I love the dog especially.
From the second group I see nice the first and second pics anfd the butterfly one, too.

I think that it's better to have a good intensity of color because it is always possible to correct by desaturating. Sorry, my english is not very english !!

It's OK, I applied an increase of saturation but I masked it with a gray copy of the image, so my next question is: will you prefer a generalized improvement or still masked (to be applied on lighter only or darker only areas)?
