WHAT IS GAP

Can someone tell me what is GAP and do i need to install it in gimp? and how it work's please Thanks.

IIRC, it is an animation package that works with Gimp. Not sure if it actually means Gimp Animation Package, lol.

It's Gimp Animation Package yes ... it allows for precise control over moving an image across multiple frames and generally eases the process of creating animation. Another tutorial/intro: http://www.gimp.org/tutorials/Using_GAP/

Using the GAP (Gimp Animation Package) is one of the more comprehensive introductions to GAP.

GAP is available from here for gimp-win-2.8 Gimp Animation Package just follow directions from readme file
