This is different to the whirl-pinch filter. Kinda hack algorithm. The result is close to that of Photoshop. Code and win64bit version included. As with the ZigZag filter the code would need editing before compiling.

Tested for 32 bits Gimp 2.8.16 and 2.9.3 - works well.

Today You made two nice surprises - will be more?

MareroQ thanks for testing and the 32bit compile. Yes have a few more. Once such is a Photoshop style shear plugin. It's finished but there is a bug in the GUI curve code. Until that's fixed I wouldn't release it.
