Sort of figured glass/distortion plug-in using simplex noise. Win64 compiled version included.

I'm sure someone else would post the 32 bit version. I use 64 bit code blocks to compile on a 64 bit machine. I'm sure it is possible just don't know how.

It works well for Gimp 2.8.18 and 2.9.5

It looks great. Unfortunately, this Linux user can't use the plug-in. Hopefully some kind soul can make a python plug-in of it or perhaps it can be included in G'MIC.

I'd really like to be able to run that plug-in. :gaah

needed an extra #include <stdlib.h> in your code otherwise get an error and the plugin hangs.

Have a look at G'MIC > Deformation > Textured Glass.
Start by increasing both X/Y-smoothness.
