Create Simple Frame Script for GIMP

RJKD asked how I framed my collages (which i didn't). I just uploaded to http://www.fineartamerica and clicked on the framed version, but since this topic came up, I thought I'd write a simple script to reproduce the likeness that is seen in the framed version of fineartamerica.

You can change inner and outer frame colors, and percentages.

how do i get it added to the list?
