Update to FontSlab Filter: Version 0.02 for Gimp 2.10

I have updated the FontSlab filter with an option to use some of the new Gimp 2.10 modes when applying colour to custom fonts - rather than relying on the colorify plug-in. This gives a wider range of colouring options.
