Only for daring testers:
Script-fu-Scrolling-Interface compiled with Gimp 2.10.11_Win_Vista_32bit


Rename:
c:\Program Files\GIMP 2\lib\gimp\2.0\plug-ins\script-fu
to:
c:\Program Files\GIMP 2\lib\gimp\2.0\plug-ins\script-fu-org

Download & unzip script-fu-2.10.10-32bit.zip to:
C:\Users\...Yor Name...\AppData\Roaming\Gimp\2.10\plug-ins\script-fu\script-fu.exe
Restart Gimp - save any error message...
