This is an advance filter that requires Gimp's layer blend modes NOT GEGL blend modes. This is because GEGL blend modes cannot talk to layers below them.

For filter to work proper apply a duplicate layer of a background separated image on top of the original image and optionally change its blend mode using Gimp's layer. The background separated image must have a background layer below or you must use the Gimp Composite Mode "Union". Blend modes Grain Merge, HSV Hue, and HSL Color are the highest success rates but others like Normal, Soft light and Overlay work good as well.

Cubism and Oilify give it a firey effect and the seed is cubism's seed. This filter is literally an inner glow and outer glow applied together with a random seed.

You can choose between lens blur and Gaussian Blur. That is why I put two blurs in it.
