Everything in this filter can be found in Gimp's Color menu and the unsharp mask filter.

I just put all operations in one place for easy access and the ability to make adjustment presets.

Version for Gimp-2.10.30 Win 64 Bit attached (with a strange filename ;) )
Place the file in Gegl plugins in a directory: ... \lib\gegl-0.4\ (contains 37 * .dll files)

In menu Tools➤GEGL Operation➤Common adjustments filter

Have you checked the color loss at the end of the pipeline? Or is everything applied in one single high-precision operation?
