Literally just a fork of Drop Shadow that knocks out the original image, comes in default as an outline and allows image file overlays and blurring said image file overlay. Apply on duplicate layer above or below.

The blur at the bottom only works on blurring the image file overlay. It will do nothing if no Image file overlay exist. This Blur constitutes a forth step which justifies making it as a filter. My minimum policy was at least four steps for each GEGL Plugin.

Windows Binaries here.

NOTE ALL WINDOWS BINARIES ARE ALSO FOUND ON THE GITHUB RELEASE SECTION.

Put the file in
C:\Users\AppData\Local\gegl-0.4\plug-ins

and create the `plug-ins` folder if it doesn't exist.
