I use copy, back history, past a lot. Indeed, I dedicated a whole tab in my Main Doc to history so this does intrigue me, but still sounds a little too complicated for me to comfortably use for normal editing, but I could be wrong. Thanks for sharing this video.

I believe the authors/developers of the filter have stopped working on it.
