How to create pictures that look like generated AI pictures

Hello,

I want to make normal standard pictures that are made by a normal camera look like generic pictures that you can create by OpenAI or something like that.

I hope you can understand my question.

I have an example attached. I want to make my standard pictures like this example looks.

I am using The Gimp 2.10.36 under Linux Mint

To me it looks like some Gaussian blur has been added and then some Enhance > Sharpen. This is actually a contradiction but isn't processing real world images to look like AI also a contradiction?

Perhaps a "Tilt-Shift Effect",
or a "Focus Blur" could be applied.
Along with a slight "Cartoon Effect"?

Most AI images are missing something like an arm or a finger or have more than needed.

Removing some pixels somewhere would probably do the trick. But i am with Tas o this one. Seems contradicting to me as well.
Why not just create an image using AI stablehorde for Gimp?

Example -
Prompt - 3 hikers on top of a mountain
Model - I can't believe it's not photography

Results best out of 5 images generated.

Glad those hikers are facing back this direction. The middle guy lost his right arm, or is he taking a selfie?
I'd opt for some big stock image site. Saw this feature on one, to "create similar image" to the one you like.
The result was pretty much what you posted, not sure why they blur it. Might get better image if you're willing to pay.

Like i said, things go missing. It's like the devils triangle with AI. :rofl
