Hi all

Months ago, I found a plugin that adds fx Copy and fx Paste to the Layers menu. It's a great plugin (copy_paste_fx.py). But now there's no mention of it anywhere, either here or generally on the Internet.

The plugin code has no attribution. It appears that the author may be Japanese because there's a single Japanese inline comment in the code.

Does anyone remember who might have shared that plugin? I would very much like to get in touch with them.
