or if somebody (maybe Lylejk?) did try to call the Pixel Bender standalone (not the same of the plugin) with ShellOut and if worked

The problem with the stand-a-lone, as I recall, was that at that time (albeit over 2 years ago), it was a little buggy. Even in Photoshop, Pixel Bender would crash PS and sometimes even my OS would go unstable and I would just reboot. I've since acquired a new video card and it's much better in PS. Pixel Bender is fast, no doubt, but I'm not really impressed with this toy PC. Do like subblue's fractal preset though.
