Tom just created a cool G'MIC preset to create 3D images from a single image. PC fixed a bug and now it works quite well. Thanks to both you Tom and PC. Very cool indeed. Below's a x-eye 3D result using that preset.

Mine doesn't have the stereo base adjustment. Maybe I have a different version?

Yep, Lyle, I changed mine to adjust the image to 100%, too much pixel distortion/disintegration at 50%.

I get a Preview Error with it. I copied the latest one and pasted it into my .gmic file.

I've reached the point where I want to dump both files. I haven't kept up and everything that goes in them is scattered hither and yon. There are so many that have preview errors and don't work.

I think that would work best. The file I copied and pasted doesn't look a bit like the one you posted the code to up there.

I bet the Rod .gmic and gmic_faves file will work, but maybe not the code paste above

Maybe because may be just a question of how the code is displayed on the forum (even if Rod chosed the most safe option to post here )

Anyway all the lines i highlighted should have no return carriage or how you say in english(BTE ,how you say in english??), i mean what in yellow should be a single long line not splitted along more lines

that was exactly the problem i fixed

OK. I've updated G'MIC, the files Rod sent me did not work. I copied the code for 3D stereo Rod posted into my .gmic file and it's now working.

I was going to dump my faves file but I am giving it one more chance. The only one in my faves file that doesn't work is chiaroscuro. Here is how it is in my .gmic_faves file. There are no spaces or hard returns after it.

{GN- CHIAROSCURO}{Graphic Novel FX}{gimp_photocomix_booost2}{gimp_photocomix_booost2}{1}{4.36364}{10.4727}{5}{20}{0.12}{14}{0}{0.54}{2.9}{9}{0}{0.93}{1}{0.5}{0.54}{0.78}

As long as there are no white spaces between presets they should show in GMIC and work.
Unless you do not have Graphic Novel Effects filter installed.
