It tries to perform steps from Mike's tutorial on license plate, I thought it would be fun if people can quickly pick colors and fonts and then it automates the rest, and then
You'll have to add your own decor, and bolts/screws if you want.

if you click NO to flatten image.
you can play with layers, merge a few down, and move the text around and/or colorize layers afterwards.
here's one where i played with layers afterwards
