Once upon a time, a penguin called Gnu Tux had an idea to start a gimp forum on the internet. Unknown to him, that forum was destined to change the course of somebody's life.

In the latter half of 2012, a young lady calling herself AnMal joined GC and seemed to have similar tastes to me. She liked paisleys and celtic knotwork. We started to send PMs to each other and when I had to come off the net she suggested exchanging addresses and writing to each other. We got on so well I half jokingly suggested that I would pay her a surprise visit one day and she wrote back saying that she would visit me. Two Mondays ago AnMal arrived in Swindon and by Tuesday night we were in each others arms. On the same Friday, she had to return to Sweden but we are now very much in love and I thought I would create a little something for her, inspired by the Bangles song "Eternal Flame"

esper: "old" was just an expression . it's funny how we get all sorts of impressions of people we meet online without really thinking of it. i'm very sceptical of long distance relationships normally, but in this particular case i've made an exception and i hope for the best .
