Though my Mom's Korean (and a little Chinese), I actually am part Chippewa too (Dad's from Wisconsin). You too Rod? :)

I'm 25% Cherokee, so I need to find out how to do the rain dance and send it to Paris.

We can never be too careful, PC. We want these scripts/plug-ins pretty bad, lol.

In NJ we 've been having flooding from rain, all over the place. Today we actually had about 30 seconds of sun!

I had the same thoughts this morning when I heard the radio :-)

I took the day off so I could work a bit on the script instead of debugging web servers. Yesterday during an advanced test I stumbled on a bug:

That one was easy to understand, even if it required some code restructuring, after I had a major epiphany on the inner works of Gimp paths. But there is another one further down the road that perhaps has to do with the math used (sign error!):

The code fix is likely to be very small, but prior research is going to take time if only because it will involve long list of numbers :-)

And now I have to leave for two things:
- purchase bread at what can be the best bakery in Known Space (best Paris 'baguette' several times in the last 10 years)
- cook an onion pie for the family.

@ lyle - Actually i am mostly mutt. :P

@ PC - Those earthquakes that caused the tsunamis were pretty big i heard.

@ ofnuts - Did you say onion pie? I have heard of mince meat pie, but not onion pie.
Exactly how do you make an onion pie? I am sure it involves onions but what else?
Beef?
Potatoes?
Corn?
Peas maybe?

Now that looks pretty darn cool ofnuts. Definitely a toy worth playing with when you do get it released. Are you using GIMP Python or Script-fu? Doesn't matter to me. :)

Pretty much summarizes it: in metric units for 4/6 servings:

700g onions
200g bacon/lard (you can also have a veggie version, but then you have to add some salt)
3 eggs
2 tablespoons of fresh cream
200g of grated cheese
ready-made shortcrust (you can also do it yourself, plenty of recipes for that)

Fry bacon then add minced onions and cook until they get slightly brown
Mix eggs, half the cheese, cream, and bacon+onion
Spread pastry over pie plate; fill with mix
Cook in oven, 30mn at 190C
Spread the rest of the grate cheese on top
Back in oven for 10 more minutes.
Serve warm with lettuce

We now return to our regular graphical schedule :)

I really hope that the second image you posted Ofnuts is not a Bug, because that looks pretty cool...

It is... is should have been one single smooth spiral without the breaks at top and bottom. The script allows one to get this result, but it shouldn't be that way.
