ran make squiggley twice. One on smaller version and one at resolution. I uprezzed and ran G'MIC's Morphilogical preset to squeeze the widths down to size set to lighten. I shifted the colors (electricity should be mainly blue), then, added glitter via Cybia's Edgeworks Glitter preset (via Shellout). Added Sparkle (natural setting) at the end but only after running Color to alpha (default white) and removed alpha channel with black fill (don't want white sparkles; only wanted colored sparkles). Set the layer to lighten. Still just gave flow but added a bit more of the nuance this time in my description but hopefully it will help. :)
