Looks really good Issabella.... I had to look it up. What all do you have in yours. Some of the recipes I looked at had a lot of stuff in it that I never heard of.

I don't normally add many ingredients, but basically as the one made today is with: shellfish, prawns, crayfish, squid, clams, mussels, green peppers, rice and
saffron. That is the most simple dish. :) It's very tasty really.

Was that a no kneed bread? I have a go to recipe I use http://silent9.com/blog/archives/135-No ... Bread.html but the result looks smoother on top then yours....

Yes it is a no-kneed bread.

A lot depends on the baking temperature and time, moisture content of the dough, rise time, flour type, type of yeast used and oven type.
Each and every loaf I make seems to come out slightly different in looks, but taste remains the same. Due to the consistency in the recipe I use.

I've made it and I think it is very good. I got my recipe from "Chef John" Who has a blog on the Internet. It is a pretty desert to serve.

My recipe comes from my grandmother, it's a very simple one but it was written by her and although I know it by heart I have it on the table while I do it. :)
