Hello gimp users

I have an Error when I run the Dave Hill Effect.
I add 2 photos.

So I need your Help

I just tried it and got the same error. Looks like it requires 'python-fu-mod-LCS'

Location: Native to NYC living in Arizona, Gimp 2.8 - 3.0, Win 11 PC.
Try installing this:

DIEGO_Mod_LCS @ Gimp Scripts

Then give it a go.

I also get a problem w/ this plug-in, I have the requisites, but it's saying there is a problem w/ G'MIC, even though I have it installed... I tried installing the gtk version in case it was a compatibility issue but the same message appears, any ideas?

It is going to be more trouble than it is worth for Windows users.

You need a pre-version 2.x of gmic-gimp plugin

Even 1.7.9 had problems here (linux gimp 2.8.22) recommend using gmic-gimp 1.7.7

on the other hand if you set it up in its own folder, it will co-exist with a 2.x version

Thanks, it works very well if I choose the image to remain the same size (0), but trying to make it any other size and I get another error: 'global name 'decimal' is not defined'

Also, thank you Rich, I'll try that if there are anymore problems with it.

Yes, you're right, the python module "decimal" was not included.

- you confirm you get the error message telling that "Mod_LCS" is missing (procedure not found)
- but you say that it works fine
Do you see that filter Mod_LCS under Diego/Colours?
If so the DaveHillEffect cannot say it doesn't find it....(???)

the filter effect colors mod_lcs works fine.
the filter efect DaveHill dont: doesn't find the procedure of plugin-gmic-qt but I have it autoinstalled

I tried reinstalling 64 and 32 first, then installed qt, and still doesn't work

I am very new to GIMP and installed gmic jus to make your filter work :(
