Issabella and Diego - a plethora of intriguing results in just a couple of days from this new mosaic approach. Now I am (at last) on 2.10 I have downloaded the ingredients and will start learning to cook.

I've read and tried the tutorial several times but I don't understand it.
It's too complicated and too technical for me. Sorry but I've given up ...

the same for me! I spent a lot of time making a Word document with the translation by Google translate of the 12 pages of the pdf and tried to understand the exotic translation of Google.
But I will try later.

level_0, with Google Translate you can get hilarious results. But the technical terms in a tutorial will not be translated correctly in any translation program, I think.
My native language isn't English either, which makes everything even more difficult.

Diego, I will wait until OMG has made the tutorial. If he understands it, then the problem lies with me.

Issabella, maybe you can post an xcf file with no merged down layers.
There is no hurry. At the moment I can't concentrate on the tutorial, I need some time.
If you can't post the file here, I'll give you my email address by PM
