OMG, google translate took hold of my thoughts :evilgrin because by wanting him to translate my message, as soon as I wrote "OMG", here is what he offered me:

and yet I delete history and cookies and the like, each time Firefox is closed ...

Level-0 - bien sûr, google en sait beaucoup sur vous ... that is why Firefox can now provide 'containers' (extension) to help control your privacy on the net. Even if you delete history and cookies at session end, Google already has the information they sent during your session :)

OMG,what addons for Firefox are you thinking of?

and I never wrote "OMG you're too strong for me" (even though I think so ;) ) so it can't have kept that sentence ...

Level_0 - Firefox has two types of 'container' extensions you can add to help in this 'net privacy' issue. One is purely for Facebook and its subsidiary programs like Instagram. The other is a generic multi container add-on.

I do all my browsing with Startpage. There is a lot you can do anonymously but having those Firefox addons is a great idea too, for the things Startpage can't help with. Startpage uses Google so the results you see are the same.

OMG,sorry to pollute this topic but I wanted to answer you yesterday but it was at the time of the spam messages and unable to send my answer. What I wanted to say yesterday (and this is my last intervention on this subject :) ):
"I do not go to Facebook or Instagram and with Firefox I use uBlock Origin filters: https: //addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/ublock-origin/"
@ Erisian :wvy : DuckDuckGo is my search engine

Level_0 - Hey, it is not pollution and it is OK for you, Erisian and I to engage in 'heady discourse' with such strong technical content :hehe

Cold day for OZ, snow in the Blue Mountains behind us and 40cm of new snow in the ski fields ... so everybody is happy ... except those firefighters handling bush fires in the state's north.

Here you are Diego, hot off the press - 3 weeks and close to 200 layers

My portrait of our Australian Prime Minister, Scott Morrison, or SCOMO as he is better known popularly. Now after a good night's sleep, I can play with the Diego drawing plug-in tomorrow :)

Good portrait, OMG.
I imagine a lot of work.
Two small tips:
- the hair is not uniformely blurred (I guess it caused some stress...)
- if you decide to have the main subject (the face, in this case) a bit blurred -as it is- apply much more blur to the background.
Go on on portraiture !

You have there, the best portrait created so far OMG. Impressive, being not scholar in the matter, but I see it superb!
I suppose that the tips given by Dinasset, you will get the perfection on it. Congrats! :clap :bump

Diego - thank you for your astute critique; of course you have identified a couple of key points. I think I got to the stage where I just wanted it finished. I will though have a further play to try and 'sharpen' it up a bit.

Issabella - thank you very much; I appreciate your comments.

Ella Louise - thank you too and yes it was made from scratch. Obviously though still some learning to obtain and apply ;)

EDIT - had a quick try to improve the hair and sharpen the image ... never stop learning :hehe
