tried on storm clouds .. posting original and then the U filter with a little highlight/light/dark adjust
no tornado but it looks that way.

Here come the next effect in a tutorial. This effect pretends to be a colourful pencil look.
Sure Diego will make us to get the best results with his filter. :) ;)

A second triplet by me.
The suffix PP in the names means that I applied (simple) postprocessing steps to the outcomes, namely modification in modes/opacities of the top 2 layers.

one more clouds with U and a little post process to adjust highlights/shadows/white point again
Just like the other clouds , they are real clouds from a photo i took
you can see roof and wires
Next i need to try with other subjects

This is from a photo of pink "Bleeding Heart" flowers from my mother's yard
i have the original and Issabella's tutorial
then i will have two using Dinasset's plug-in - default and adjusted in 2nd post

using the same original image as my previous post - here are two using Dinasset's plug-in :
one using defaults and then the second - I adjusted the layers by
simple on/off and maybe a little change in opacity to make lighter
;)
